I just need to shave my arms and legs this week. I'll be back under 200 lbs if I do.

I did lunchtime cardio today

Now I just find the right razor to shave arms. ELT you do know baseball players, especially pitchers shave their arms? I do it to help my tan in summer.

Then I will have to knock baseball players off my future dating prospects.

I don't know. I may be old, but I like men to have body hair over stubble.

I was thinking of you this morning, wondering how you've been. Niiice! How are you feeling? When did you start? Or when will you, if you haven't?

Fri-Sat fasted 18 hours
Sat-Sun fasted 20 hours
Sun-Mon fasted 23 hours
Mon-Today fasting for 23 hours. Eating dinner at 5:15.

Doing RFL until next weekend (june 9th). So 1200 calories 250g of protein. I feel really good fasting like this. Makes me feel like I'm in control of my eating habits. Will try to do 20+ hours each day this week.

What do you weigh the say after eating a chicken sandwich beer & fries?

I don't get a big dude like you eating that shite even if you try and justify it with flexible dieting excuse

Because he'll have 2 cheat meals this weekend making that sandwich fries and beer essentially another cheat meal

My weight has dropped in small increments all week long, and I'm not even in a fat loss phase at the moment.

The point? That I can go have a meal with family, enjoy myself within reason, and still lose weight. I got all of my protein in and was well over my minimum fiber for the day, and did not go over my fat and carbs.

So..I enjoyed a good meal with my wife and her family, enjoyed a good beer, and had no negative consequences and no guilt. This is building a healthier relationship with food, where the binging and 'cheat meals' are much less of a problem because I'm not so restricted.

It's not a cheat meal if you plan it out and hit your macros. I'm well within compliant macros for the week.

ETA also, were talking about a 13oz Envie, not some big imperial Stout. 150 cals.

How's it a cheat meal if it meets his macros the same way a big plate of chicken and rice will?

he weighed 263 lbs just 2 weeks ago.

Got as high as 267 between now and then.

cheat meals arent good of course, but when you're a big baw eating 200g carbs a day in between that doesnt exactly help either.

my point is if you're going to eat like a pig on the weekend, at least put healthier food in your body other than french fries, beer, and sandwich buns in between. It's no different then the cheat meals on the weekend at that point. The macros are "registering" but that isnt a quality meal.

I've plateaued at 181

I can not get my macros right at all and I've gotten back to drinking coke again. Causing sugars to spike. I've stayed under 1500 jacks except this weekend, which I planned. But it's strange, as people keep asking have I lost weight even though I feel like no

But I'm not gaining at least.

Yeah, I mean he always seems to have some sort of event coming up that he says he'll do his best to navigate and can't go more than a week or two without going off track for a few days but that's his battle to fight I guess

I'm not gonna rag on him like some seem to on here

you should measure your inches before you get too far in. I lost 4" in my waist last year with only losing 3-4lbs. It can drive you crazy if you're one of those people that need to weigh every day. You could be getting down on yourself yet you are reshaping your body without even knowing. Take inches! at least in your waist
