I need a keto expert to give me affirmation on this

Thought about doing cauliflower mashed potatoes to go with the wings. Mix in some butter and sour cream. Sounds too good to be true

ETA: Lifting alone might have played a part in me not enjoying workouts.

It plays a gigantic role. When I had friends that i went to the gym with, I looked forward to going to the gym. It was fun, and it was as much a social experience as it was for my health. We pushed each other to the max all the time.

Now, by myself, it's always a grind and feels like an obligation.

Those meals sound perfect. Double check the nutrition info on the sausage to make sure it's not loaded with added sugar, but otherwise totally on track.

I think the opposite. Diet with Keto is all calm on the western front.

That's Amore is like the battle of the bulge.

Cauliflower Mac and cheese is a good side. Blue Oak makes a good one.

There's a Zatairans (sp) gravy powder that's not too bad for ya that ya can add to the caulimash that makes it really good.

You're the keto expert

That's probably Junky.

What do you guys flash fry your wings in? Vegetable oil?

If I didn't go strict keto and kept it 50-75g carbs a day would I likely still drop fat?

Yeah, I just use vegetable oil. I eat wings out a lot, so I'm sure that's what they use.

If I'm cooking myself, I tend to use butter, ghee, olive oil, avocado oil, but if deep frying, then peanut or vegetable.

Typically, under 100g would be a low carb diet, but under 50g would be a ketogenic diet.

You could probably see results doing 100g but you'd never get keto-adapted and your body would still be trying to use carbs as its primary source of fuel, and you'll still be subject to insulin spikes and hunger.

There's a lot of additional benefits to being keto-adapted. The cravings go away, you find you can maintain a calorie deficit with less effort, you have more energy, less mental fog.

Sounds great.

I eat wings 3-4 times a week. I eat a ton of caesar salads with 8-10oz of grilled chicken.

Chicken salad
Almond or flax seed crackers is my go to when I don't have a way to warm up food.

Random fact: I've never eaten an actual chicken wing. Just realized this. What the hell? No wonder I'm not losing weight faster.

I've had 20 in the last 48 hrs.

Rouses has drum packs for 5.50. No mess. No dirty cutting board, knife, etc.

Straight into the Reveo, then oil.

Then muh mouf.
