Pig Roast Question

I'm trying to put together a pig roast for work. Any idea how big of a pig can feed a certain number of people (I don't know how many people its for yet)?

1 pound per person
cochon de laits are mainly for show, if you're feeding a lot of people I'd cook one 50 pound pig then throw some pork roast in the smoker to actually feed them.
