Took the family to Dream Berrie Cafe on Sherwood. Great Pho and very clean. I have since heard that Saigon Noodle is the best Vietnamese in town, so I will be trying. Anyone else have a Pho spot?

Saigon Noodle is my favorite pho, but I think Little Saigon took first place on the noodle bowl for me.

Good to hear. I wonder how they compare to the places in Gretna

Someone posted a week ago that we may be getting a new vietnamese place near LSU campus [In the building where CCK used to be].

Each have their attributes. Dangs is the tastiest imo, and Vinh Phat grocery is right next door, so I find myself hitting up Dangs quite often because of the proximity to one another. There is also little known Sa Dec Kitchen, 1124 Marque Ann Drive about a block away with Le's Oriental Market next to it as well. Although I think that Dangs is tastier with a larger menu, it can be very slooooow to get your food there, while Sa Dec is lightning fast. They'll have your pho on your table within a couple of minutes. One of the downsides of getting to Florida Drive is navigating that crappy two lane Sherwood Forest Blvd. It's a pretty Blvd, but BR needs to get their head out of their arse and make it four lanes so it doesn't take a half hour to get from Coursey to Florida.

There's always little talk of Viet Garden here. They probably have the largest menu of all. I love the salty plum drink if they still have it. I know the place has changed hands.

Dream Berrie is by far the cleanest. Good luck getting your water refilled at Little Saigon.

Advice: Unless you like overcooked beef, ask for it on the side and add it as you eat.

I have zero issues with little saigon and always get great service.

Dangs is good as well, but i prefer ls.

Both are better than viet garden imo.

I havent made it to dream berry or saigon noodle yet.

Maybe it's just been the servers I've had who are enthralled with the televisions and couldn't give a shite less about customer service.
