Chicken fried steak and club sandwich as previously mentioned. Also, they really have an excellent version of chicken salad. On wheat toast is pretty damn good.

Told Brenda some guy named Rouge on a Food & Drink board said hi. She got a kick out of her place being talked about around here...told her I don't know any real names, just screen names and most likely you, glassman, etc are retired lawyers or doctors.

Got the chicken fried steak dinner w/ macaroni and green beans. Filled me up on the spot. Talked to her for a little bit and sounds like she doesn't want Parenton's to explode and start having huge crowds, so I guess we should be careful talking up this place on here, haha.

Bump.....

Just had The Club sandwich and it was awesome. Up there with Russell's Marina.

I am regretting not getting the chicken parm or meatball po-boy. Looks awesome.

Is this the place on Central that used to be a Italian Rest? Worth a trip for lunch? Is it quick and how expensive?

It's actually a small joint down Ellen Street from the Italian restaurant you are referring to.
