Its going to be much tighter next year. And we knew there'd be problems being the first group to actually use it. Much smaller footprint, but still not crammed.

Just wish there was fence around it.

Alligator sausage on a stick was tight. Leave the charbroiled oysters for the restaurant.

Charbroils were crap, even told my friend before getting them them we shouldnt because im always dissapointed when i get them at fairs/fests

Best bites were:
Shrimp Boudin Stuffed Chicken
Crab & Crawfish Mac ‘n’ Cheese (food drunk)
Alligator Sausage Kabob with Zydeco Sauce
Shrimp & Crawfish Bread (antoines)
