Brisket looks great. I dont know why a good bbq sausage hot link isnt more of a premier item at the local places. 23 looks like they put out a proper hot gut link.

I usually agree, but these are homemade and sort of sweet. They work well with the brisket.

Got some brisket from 23 a few weeks ago, definitely was better than that picture. I do think 23's ribs and brisket are better than BO. Still love BO though too...

23 got a new beautiful smoker over a month ago. I haven't seen brisket like that from there before. I usually buy it by the lb with other meats and sides for the office on occasion. My secretaries love their food.
I like the flavor of 23's brisket better, but both are damn strong.
Never skip on 23's sausage.
