First Curbside Burger Today

Had the "Brian Burger"--which has their "PBP"( pork belly preserves).
I'll give it 3.5/5
There were three other trucks/trailers: Curbside sausages, Ignatius Reilly, and a Pizza guy. They all looks great, especially the porchetta sandwich from Ignatius ( but I was in a burger mood).
I think these trucks are a great thing and look forward to trying all of them.

Curbsides bacon egg and cheddar burger is the best burger in baton rouge if you ask me, I saw the pizza guy out there today also, anyone tried that yet?

Can't beat the flyboy. It's a fried cheese burger. I need to add pbp next time though.
