looking at that pic, the optimal color choice of lettering on every glass should be white.

maybe Deschutes didn't want people drinking stouts, though...

Victory hop ranch imperial IPA. Very strong hop nose and fairly bitter...lacks a malt profile and is a bit too thin bodied for an imperial . Just ok.

I agree on the lack of malt. It is not balanced. Almost all hops, but good hops. I also agree that it is not a huge beer-more medium bodied. I like it a lot though.

it's still what 9%? pretty good feat to feel lighter than it is, imo.

I think Ryno just likes to troll too much.

BCBS is real weird with their distribution. I never saw any of those down here so they must pick and choose which variants go where.

BCBS barleywine just hit the shelves here again.

I'm not trolling hop ranch broseph. I gave an honest assessment...I enjoyed it well enough but probably won't buy again given the choices I have here. We like what we like. I prefer more balanced ipa

I've got one Cherry Rye in the cellar, the Coffee from 2013 is pretty amazing. Drink the coffee fresh, they fade fast..

Yes. I do troll a bit on other boards....I wouldn't troll about something as serious as craft beer.

Yea, it's all hops, but doesn't have any lingering bitterness. A nice accomplishment.

Getting my wife's phone fixed at some place I found with an online search. Lo and behold, there is a taproom next door in a garage. Got 30 minutes to kill. Oh what should I do? Drink an Old Rasputin on nitro get...

Didn't know about this place. Stuck in an industrial complex behind a strip mall in between the phone repair shop and a printer wholesaler.
