Gumbo in a restaurant in NOLA is not very good. Some places are starting to make cajun gumbo instead of creole but its hit and miss

Jambalaya?? Seriously.. Seriously... Its just AWEFUL in New Orleans restaurants. Hell its hard to find done well anywhere

Boudin - covered

Etouffee - This is a taste preference but I personally dont like tomato in this either. There are many places where I like it but its just not the same as what you would find in Lafayette.
