I have a 60 gallon pot.
I actually use it to cook more gumbos than crawfish.
I guess it depends on how often and how much crawfish you cook during the year.
one sack fits perfect in it.

I have an 80 qt pot that fits a 35+lb sack, potatoes, corn, sausage, garlic, onions in easy with no runoff. But people on this board claim you cant do that with an 80, but I have zero issue with mine

The 80qt Bayou Classic from Academy works fine for 1 sack.
Fill the water to around half full, and bring to a boil with the seasonings... Good to go!
