Athens Advice?

I figured it would be good to have a dedicated thread to places to eat and drink in Athens for those of us making the trip. Outside of the Farmer's Market and BBQ suggestions, is there anything that's a must-try there?

I lived in Athens for a couple of years. Theres nothing there that really is a "must try".
The bar scene is tops in the SEC. Locos pubs has great sandwiches and the have a varsity there which is great for late night munchies. There is a place called Guthries, where Todd Graves use to work if you want to see where he got the concept for Canes. Definitely spend sometime around campus, it is beautiful
