Decent. The Titans had to "dumb down" the offense for Locker, which says a lot about the trust they have in him. I think his leash will be short. The Titans have talent at WR in Britt and Wright, so if Fitz gets the call they automatically see a bump in value.

Which QB do you expect to get in the 3rd? Cam or Peyton? I don't think that is crazy. Just make sure you hit on that WR1 pick.

I am in an auction dynasty league. 12 teams standard.

QB - RG3
RB - Ridley
RB - McFadden
WR - Marshall
WR - V Cruz
WR - Garçon
TE - Gronk

I need to upgrade RB2 for sure and find a early season replacement for Gronk. What else can I do to this team to continue my league dominance? I have an offer to get Stafford for $9, is it worth it at the expense of getting a better upgrade at RB? Any ideas on cheap TEs who can get me by other than Jordan Cameron or Sudfeld?

Also can you grade this team as it stands now? (If I had to start the season with this lineup.)

These are all of my holdovers. Draft is Sunday.

Will A Gates be a decent play this year?

Considering where he is getting drafted, I think he is a great value. He is supposedly in "great shape" (I hate this kind of preseason talk, but whatevs) and who else will they throw to? Rivers and Gates have the history. If anything, he will continue to see red zone targets. I think a top 10 TE is more than reasonable.

Britt top 15 if Fitzmagic takes over, agree? (assuming knees hold up)

12 man 1/2 ppr league, start 2rbs/3wrs

Matt Ryan
Ray Rice/Marshawn Lynch/Ryan Matthews/Chris Ivory
Amendola/Reggie Wayne/Josh Gordon
Marcellus Bennett
Denver D

Any thoughts on possible moves that can be made to strengthen my wr corps?

Honestly I'm seeing a pretty deep qb class

You can find guys like Eli manning, roethlisberger, flacco, Wilson all from the 10-20 spot

I'm ok with going qb third my trouble is deciding what round to draft my tight end. Basically I can't decide what order to go in after the 4th round. I want to wait as late a spossible to get my TE

Got him in round 8. You like?

Exactly what I was thinking.

Last question, kind sir. Better flex play, Gates or Steve Smith?

So you keep all of these guys?

McFadden is obviously worrisome and he would be the only guy I would be itching to dump. Do you even need to keep him?

I am not a Garcon fan but I don't have a problem with him as your WR3.

As for TEs, I'd be looking at Eifert or a Julius Thomas. Maybe a Zach Ertz since it's a dynasty.

Your draft must be 30 minutes long

That's a pretty good team, though.

With the situation he's in, is the year we finally see some consistent production for Heyward-Bey?

60/900/5?!?

Sure. He could sneak in the top 15 with Locker, I think. He's a talent.

Matthews looks to be the only bargaining chip you have. Id try and swap him for a WR with upside.. maybe a Garcon, Hilton, Shorts, Nelson, or Justin Blackmon if you can wait 4 weeks.

Please don't take any of these guys in the 3rd round. I wouldn't touch any of them except Wilson before the 10th.

Ehh, depends. It's not terrible but possibly a bit high.

Can't deny Smith's production playing with Cam. You have to sit on Gates and see what plays out in SD.

I think that is reasonable. He had a similar year in 2011 and was on the cusp of being a WR2. I think he could be a spot start/flex play depending on the matchup.

WRs (3): Calvin, Dez, VJax, Britt, Mi Floyd, Wheaton
RBs (2): Miller, D. Williams, Mendenhall, Pierce

Trade WR or stand pat?

We have a $100 yearly salary. I made a few trades to get where I am. Traded Doug Martin and mike Wallace for B Marshall last year the week before Martin went off. Doh.

Thoughts on adding Stafford as insurance with RG3?

McFadden is in the final year of his contract and I have him for $9. If I cut him, it will cost me $5. So basically, it doesn't make that much sense to drop him. And the deadline to drop him passed on Sunday anyway.

I have $37 to add 7 players. I will not be too active, but have enough money to try to make a run at one of the better RBs available and push McFad to a bye week filler.

Thanks for the TE advice.

I'm wasn't planning on taking any of them in the 3rd

I was figuring guys like luck kaepernick and stafford may still be available in round 3

I'm looking for a qb in the 5-10 spot but I think someone will jump on Peyton early

We have a flex spot so I'm thinking either:
RB, RB, QB, WR, RB, WR, TE
or
RB, RB, QB, WR, WR, RB, TE
or
RB, RB, WR, QB, RB, WR, TE

I have the most players held over. I will be sitting around looking for values for the most part.

Yikes.

If you could get a nice haul, id trade Dez. WR2 and a RB2

Those RBs could work out, though. Just a bit scary. I drafted Williams as a RB2 last night. I like him.

Id spend the money elsewhere.

Yikes, indeed; employed BPA strategy.
