I can either keep Winston or Eifert in the 8th round. Half point ppr and QBs get five bonus points for 300 yards passing and six points for passing TDs. Either worth keeping?

I'd take Eifert for an 8th round pick. You should be able to get a decent QB through the draft. Nothing against Winston. I just think Eifert is the better value. More top options at QB than TE.

I love Winston this year (top 5 QB IMO) so I'd take a guaranteed pick of him in the 8th. The disparity between the top 5 TE last year in my league was like 15 pts. But I always value pick TEs so I might not be the right guy to ask.
