Trading draft picks

ESPN allows draft picks to be traded. Anyone have any experience with this? I'm relatively new to fantasy football and haven't done this before, but in a re-draft league, it seems like a good way to potentially gain an edge..

Both parties have to agree to the trade and the league can veto it. But I like it. If there is a pair of players I want in a round I'll trade another round pick for one in the round I want to be in. Usually have to trade two picks to get it. One pick moves up the other moves down.

Draft pick trades in redraft leagues hardly happen. U see more draft pick trading in keeper or dynasty leagues.
