Trade: A Brown for M Gordon and M Evans

10 team PPR.
I have Antonio Brown.
A guy proposed a trade of
I trade Brown for Blount, Christine Michael, and DT88. I am not doing this because it will downgrade my wide receiver and cannibalize my running backs.
He has Melvin Gordon and Mike Evans as well. I am thinking about countering with I give him Brown and he gives me Gordon and Evans.
What do y'all think about this trade on both sides? It keeps my wide receiver spot relatively stable and upgrades one rb position. Am I asking too much or should I go for it?

Are you saying you like that trade? I trade Brown for Gordon and Evans?

who are your other rbs? I wouldn't trade brown if you can help it, but that deal isn't terrible, Evans is having an awesome year thus far.

I don't think the difference between Evans and Brown will be a lot and Gordon might end up top 10.

I know but you don't really pay for actual production, IMO, more peace of mind. Keeping AB is just the safer play at this point since he has big ben and we know what he can do.
Its hard to project gordon at this point, there are a lot of rbs who may end up top 10 right now, and Evans is awesome, i have him in one league, but AB is just the most sure thing out there.
Like even if AB isn't the #1 WR he was still the correct #1 pick (this is just an example) because it was a minimal risk pick with a high ceiling.

I doubt he'll accept your counter offer considering how awful is initial offer was.

It's a fair trade for sure. Probably depends on the rest of your roster. I don't think it's the wrong decision one way or the other, just a call you have to make. I tend to lean toward keeping the better player, but Evans is barely a downgrade in non-ppr, and Gordon looks like he'll have a great season and could be an RB1. I don't think you can go wrong either way with this decision. Just one of those things that may work out and may not.
Edit: I just noticed this is PPR. I don't think you should do the trade in a PPR league. Brown gets a ridiculous amount of targets and catches.
