TANKING -- Tanking/Not Setting Lineups - If a team is intentionally tanking by starting injured or bye week players, said team will be removed from the league. Commish reserves the right to edit a deadbeat owners lineup in the case of a bye or injured player in a starting position.
IR – 2 IR Spots
TRADES – Trades will be locked after week 12 and reopen after the league championship. Trades will not be vetoed unless obvious collusion is obvious. They will be pushed right through once executed. In the event of suspected collusion, commish will rule with input from the league. I don’t anticipate this being an issue.
Waivers: Waivers will be run using an FAAB system with some arbitrary budget.
PLAYOFFS – The playoff tournament will be top half/bottom half matchup based. The 6 teams with the top regular season record will make the playoffs with the top 2 teams receiving a first round bye.
Offseason: Free agency will be locked for all teams after the league championship. Free agency will open back up after the rookie draft. Waivers will be run upon the opening of free agency after the draft.
DRAFT -- Draft - the inaugural slow draft will be a 26 round snake draft. In subsequent years at a date to after the end of the season to be announced on TD and the Sleeper App there will be a 3 round rookie and free agent slow draft. Draft order will be determined by inverse of potential points for non playoff teams and inverse of tournament standings for playoff teams.
There will be no cutdown for the draft. Teams will be allowed to carry 3 extra players for a total roster size of 26 until the start of the regular season. Deadline to cutdown will be the Monday before the first regular season game.
DRAFT PICK TRADING – As of now only rookie draft picks for the next year will be allowed to be traded. Next year there will be a discussion to require a half or full year future deposit in order to allow future year rookie draft picks.
PAYOUT – The top scorer for each regular season week (1-13) will receive a $10 bonus. Payouts will be 650/350/70 respectively for the 1/2/3 place finishers of the tournament.
Collusion: It shouldn’t need to be said, but if there is suspicion of collusion then there will be a league discussion, and if suspicions are substantiated then the offending parties get the immediate boot.
