Thoughts on this trade? Am I crazy?

Ok 12 team league, standard scoring...I'm currenting 6-4 after starting 1-4...I'm in 3rd place and the only position I feel a real weakness at is TE bc my current TE is so inconsistent
Ok so this is my team currently
QB - Matt Ryan
RB - Doug Martin
RB - Matt Forte
RB/WR - Steven Jackson
WR - Calvin Johnson
WR - Vincent Jackson
TE - Scott Chandler
DST - Broncos
K - Kai Forbath
BN - Jeremy Maclin
BN - Packers D
BN - Kenny Britt
BN - Andy Dalton
BN - James Jones
BN - Vick Ballard
BN - Cecil Shorts
Ok so the deal would be me sending Maclin for Owen Daniels...
Yay, nay? I know Chandler is ranked 10th in scoring but thats bc he put up a couple of really big games but I can't deal with the 1 and 2 point games in the playoffs

Good trade assuming Daniels is healthy. Upgrading at TE and only giving up a bench player.

I understand Maclin's potential now that Vick is out but he's been horribly inconsistent this season. Not a good trade IMO
