Man, this is the first time I’ve used the ESPN fantasy football platform in years, and I gotta say, it is complete and utter dog shite. So counterintuitive, so many obviously valuable easy additions that they leave off. Who the hell is getting paid to design this thing, because they need to be replaced immediately.

I am in leagues that use MFL, RTSports, CBS and ESPN.
If I ranked them:
RTS
ESPN
MFL
CBS
ESPN isn't terrible, and the app is easy to use, which puts it above MFL and CBS; and it's free. The other 3 cost $$ to run your league.

Maybe I’m just new to it… but is there really no way to view past trade offers? Or to add a chat/message to your trade offers/rejections? I mean hell, do they really not even post the bye weeks on the trade screen? So if I want to double check that a trade offer doesn’t create an overlapping bye issue, I’ve got to leave the ESPN platform all together to go find the bye week list. Would it really have been that hard to put a little bye week number next to each player’s name?
Trading is the single most fun part of the fantasy season, but this platform is seemingly designed to make trading slow, difficult and inefficient. ESPN is definitely terrible.
NOTE: none of this is not meant to be a critique of the admins or the league itself… just a vent as I learn to operate a new platform. I don’t understand the design decisions at all, it’s a very disappointing platform

The ESPN platform frustrates me at times, especially with respect to customization, but I think I can help a bit with some of these. An important thing to remember is you can do more on desktop than on the app.
I don't believe there's a way to do it in the app/desktop. If you have email notifications for trades on, you can view them that way.
This is available on desktop, not in the app. You'll also see messages more clearly in your email notifications.
When selecting the players you want to include in the trade, you'll need to click on the player's name and then "game log" to see what bye week he has. Again, not ideal, but I think it's doable
