UPDATE: Currently have 16 in and struggling to get to 24.

1. Find 4 more and go to two 10 Team Conferences and adjust rosters to 16 players (1 more than last year) but 20 fewer overall (160 compared to 180). FA market will be busy. Starting this early since it's a bear to get 24 people confirmed. I'm just listing everyone that was in the league in prior years. If I am missing someone, let me know.

First 24 to confirm gets in. We had a few non-TD members in it last year, but we will only go that route if we can't secure slots here.

Once 24 are confirmed, the division selection process will start and then set up division draft dates.

Shit, if we can get to 36, maybe we do three 12 team divisions with all 3 division winners (Week 16 champs) going HTH in the last week for 1st, 2nd and 3rd?
