Maybe grab a putter (the floppy ones). Those are pretty easy to throw & catch. Don't want a driver, those frickers hurt trying to catch.

Try either a midrange disc or putter. Drivers will fly but you don't wanna try to catch em.


Or like nobes said just get a regular frisbee. Discs are really meant for playing catch anyway.
