Yep, I think we can wait a day.
The extra flex with no kicker thing would need to be put to a vote. I personally wouldn’t mind an extra flex but I’d also like to keep kicker in the mix.

I’d rather keep kicker and drop defense for an extra flex.

I like having all elements of football in the mix of fantasy, that includes defense and kicker...as random as they may be.

My vote is to get rid of kicker and defense, priority on kicker first!

Add IDP if league wants defense aspect, kicker and DST have no place In PPR fantasy football.
I guess they would be fine if playIng in a standard league.
