Should I be looking to get rid of Shady for health concerns? I know as of now he is healthy but no way he stays healthy with the workload. I have a deal in place where I'd get Freeman (have Tevin on my bench).
What do you guys think?

It seems like you know what you want to do already. Just do the trade

Why draft shady before Freeman if you were worried about his injuries

Then Why did you draft him to begin with?
Seems like the smarter thing to do would be to trade Coleman to that guy.

I would much rather keep Freeman. Much younger

They are fairly close to even, so a 1 for 1 trade is fine.

They are going to run McCoy until he can't run anymore, which is great for you. He very well might get hurt. Stash his replacement even if it is fat Tolbert

Freeman is just as likely to get injured, especially with recent concussion history. You already have his handcuff. I'd drive shady into the ground and cross my fingers
