Ronald jones...no.1 waiver

Would you burn your number 1 waiver on Ronald Jones
Already have 3 good backs, but looking at the rest of the year. I was thinking about burning my waiver just to have another option. My other 3 backs are Cook, Bell, Freeman
Or should I just hold out in case someone else goes down
We can start 2 rbs and a flex

just not enough volume and goal line touches I'm guessing? Schedule doesn't seem to bad on the back end

Who are your flex options? Freeman has the second toughest remaining schedule for RBs. He hasn’t been lighting it up so far and it’s not getting easier

I dont think thats the guy you were holding the #1 spot for. How many teams in the league? Could he go unclaimed?

7 people bid on Ronald Jones in my 12 team PPR today. I’m surprised you said not to use a waiver on him. It’s late in the season to be holding out hope for a better choice than someone who is dominating an offensive minded backfield.

Bidding is different than using a #1 waiver claim.

We went through this already after his stretch in week 4/5.
There are some teams desperate at RB that could maybe use a Jones. This guy has 3 better options. Why waste the claim on a guy youll never play?

my 2 rb starters are Bell and Dalvin.
This league is a 10 team league with .5pt per carry and .5pt ppr
i've been flexing Freeman, I was flexing Eckler for the first 5 weeks....I also have Tyler Boyd I could flex b/c I have Kupp and Amari

he won't go unclaimed, about 8 of the 10 guys know what they are doing and there's 6 teams on byes this week

Sounds like you have a pretty good team.
In a 10 team i reckon there will still be a juicy add to come, depending on how many handcuffs are owned. Im more of a long play kinda guy and ive think weve seen enough of Jones to know he isnt going to tilt a team

He might not go unclaimed.. but he might get dropped again. In a 10 team I'm in I've added and dropped Rojo twice already.

Gyno...my team is solid, I'm leading the league in pts but 4-5, loss one game by .2 and another by 2.2
I'm just trying to get in at 6-7 but problem is, Dalvin has a bye coming up on week 12 and Eckler has a bye week 12. Jones has Atlanta that week. So I was trying to look ahead and cover my bases too get in the playoffs. the league is extremely tight lol, 6 wins should be enough w/my points

I’m a Bell owner who doesn’t trust anything about him or the Jets ROS. I would definitely want Jones personally because of this fact. It’s purely speculation on my part but I think there is a good chance they shut Bell down eventually. Maybe they continue to trot him out there. ?????
