Keeper Question:Help

The 2 guys who run my league decided to institute a keeper starting this year, if you drafted him last year and he was still on your roster at years end... (they get Kamara and thielen for next to nothing)

Rule is you have to keep for 2 years and its $5 over last draft...

our budget is $150

my option is:
Brees for $14
Fournette for $16
Antonio Brown for $42

I think Brown is to expensive and risks almost 1/3 of my budget for next year...

Brees has done me right and I've rode him to 3 championships, but he's getting old, right, right???

I like Buga and could see him being a monster but I'm not sure he'll go too high in my leauge...
