Does Gruden help/hurt Griffin? Is Griffin that much better than Dalton. A better athlete? Yes. A better pure passer? Idk.
I know this, he's not gonna have AJ to bail him out. Garçon is aight, but he's no AJ.
I had RG this year (mostly on bench), and although he put up "fair" fantasy #'s some games, so did Dalton.
Is Griffin top 10 next season? Top 15? I'm not fricking with him.

He is not a top 10 or top 15 QB

He could easily be a top 10 quarterback. Too soon to answer that question now.
Will he be healthy?

Gruden will tailor the play calling around RG's play style. Expect a lot of screens, quick slants, underneath routes and so on.
