Damn, that's an interesting offer if you have Fitzpatrick. Although, the past few years after September Fitzpatrick always has a significant drop. I would take it though if you have no tight end and need another running back.
Edit: Still though, Matt Ryan will probably end up number one or two in all of fantasy.
