Rule Changes to Vote on

2. Create a minimum AB requirement each week (150 ABs?). (NOT ENOUGH SUPPORT TO CREATE POLL)
3. Eliminate the "or six starts" from the IP pitching requirement each scoring period, due to TB approach to starting rotations. (PASSED)
4. Make the minor league threshold for pitchers to also include a 50 game limit along with the current 150 IP limit. (FAILED)
