i mean in a deep league like this you'd rather risk and see how he can do as a starter. You can find relievers like him every year in the pool. Decent starters are harder to come by.
that said, he has a large sample size of 90-91 velo as a starter. Will be interesting to see if he can still pitch at 94.

I should have added to my comment "IRL"....I think he will b a fringy SP at best and the increased innings could lead to reemergence of his injuries (shoulder).
