If anyone in this league had 30 min before they checked out for awhile, and there pick was only a few spots away, they would just send a few names to someone. You came back and picked which was great, but it appeared you were ducking out from 12-4 on the cusp of your pick. Just seemed inconsiderate.
IDGAF how long you take to pick. It would be considerate to send a few names if you are close to picking. If you don't want to, fine, just say so. If you are checking out for awhile at noon, you can say I'll be back at X to pick. The idea is for the rest of the league to know when to check back in to get this thing up and running again

It just means that you can't add a rookie before the draft is finalized. I set it to a 16 keeper league so we could add free agents. After the draft we will set our roster as our 16 keepers and then the remaining players will be available off waivers. They don't let you keep a rookie since they didn't play last year, I guess to keep people in those random leagues from adding rookies to their team via free agency before the draft.
