Dynasty Question - Chark or Westbrook

I am strong at receiver, but which do you think will be better over the long haul? I have Westbrook, but could probably get Chark easily.

Chark is getting rave reviews at OTAs.

Yeah, I was hoping so. I had Golladay over Westbrook in last year's draft but he was gone. Then a league member confessed to me that he saw I had Westbrook. Then the Chark smoke, and so there I go.
