Dynasty player value question.

If you were in a startup draft today and had to choose between Antonio Brown and David Johnson what route would you go?

Brown
I value players in a 3 year window for dynasty. Brown will consistently put up top 5 numbers for the next 3 years.
Johnson is on a horrible team.

To add information:
The team with Brown also has Hopkins, Diggs, OB3 at WR. You can start 4 WR however so starting brown is an option. This team is thin at RB with a suspended Bell it is forced to start Thompson or Crowell
The Johnson owner is heavy at RB having Zeke, LF7, Michel, R Freeman. The best WR on this team is Hill coupled by Sanders and Tate.
It would benifit both teams to balance their roster, but the first team is kinda not gaining much as he can start Brown and only 1 RB.
