What kind of week can we expect him to have next week vs New England? Yes, I know it early, but damnit, I just lost Cook to a knee injury and Devonta freeman has a bye next week

On one hand I'm skeptical to start him right away. On the other hand, he's going to be fresh against a NE defense that got abused by Cam on a short week. I think he's a solid play. TDs are always unpredictable but I think he gets 80 yards from scrimmage or so

Wouldn't be surprised if he's not even active

Dirk is an odd dude. I don't think he ever liked Doug. I'm sure he will use JRs 80-yard game as a reason to keep Martin on the pine. Plus, it's a short week, so he'll basically have 1-2 days of practice

The Bucs and Dirk clearly like something. They could've gotten completely out of his contract last offseason scott free if they wanted, but they kept him around.

Charles sims ain't the dude they envision being the lead back

Yeah if preseason is any indication he'll be in my weekly lineup.

The Bucs kept him for a reason. Their other RBs are shite. If Doug is in shape he will get plenty of touches.

Need him to come in and be a workhorse after losing Carson last night. I'm hopeful he'll put up some decent numbers. Loved how he looked in the preseason, and this is a + year for him.....Hopefully.

Actually no they aren't. Well from a fantasy stand point yeah I guess they are. However, Simms and Rodgers as a split backfield have been better than expected and have come together to give the Bucs an average running game.

In one league, I just lost Cook at RB2 and I have to choose either him or Powell (or injured Kelley) to start. I have to use Cook's spot on a K because my K has a bye week this week.

In the other, I have Martin, Kamara, Mixon or Gore to start in the RB2 spot.

Opinions? Both PPR leagues
