Did I get screwed out of a win by Yahoo fantasy?

I tried dropping JAX defense (Jags on bye) for Dwelley about 20 minutes before game since Kittle was out. But Dwelley would not show up in my lineup for me to plug him in. He was only available to plug in for the following week. In the past I could have sworn that I've been allowed to drop players on bye weeks to pick up and play players that have yet to play that same week. I'd have won by a half a point if allowed to play Dwelley.

Not dwelleying just wondering if I'm wrong about yahoo fantasy's rules or if I'm right and they're shitty app just didn't let me make the switch. My yahoo app can be quite glitchy and crashes all the time. Still in 3rd place out of 14 so not a big deal. Did you have the Jags in your lineup or on your bench? If they are in your lineup, you cant drop them after Sunday I believe.

Had them on the bench. Started Colts defense.

After a team plays they can not be dropped for the same week. Had you dropped the Jags D before they played their game it would have worked.

The Jags were on bye this week. Shouldn't they be droppable through the week up until they play next week's game?

Yahoo will give a confirmation of sorts that says something like “this transaction will reflect on your line up for week ___” prior to you hitting submit. So unless it said Week 10, you didn’t get screwed.
