What do you think? I've shopped him around for another decent rb but no one wants him. Don't blame them. Also, do you guys think that with britt returning it'll open things up for Johnson?

Steelers running game has looked pretty terrible, Mendenhal wasn't even all that good last year when healthy

Steelers have no offensive line and he's 8 months out of acl surgery...Mendenhall is literally worth nothing IMO right now.

I know I had him last year but Johnson sucks bad! I'm hoping britt opens things up but still gonna keep shopping him around.

I wouldn't do this at all. I have CJ as well though and am looking to trade him and Welker for Gore and Mendy. Non-ppr league and I have plenty of WRs, would y'all do this if the other guy agrees?

no...not a fan of Gore ton of mileage...ton of injuries, and they have plenty of other guys. I think in 6 weeks he's going to start breaking down like he's been doing. Like I said before...I think Mendy is worthless.

Considering he was the #19 RB last year while playing like garbage for him, I think considering him worthless is a bit of a stretch. Mendy's still a good bet for 8-9 TDs and 70 yards a game once he gets the starting gig back.

I missed the part where I called gore worthless.
And Mendenhall had 9 rushing TDs all season last year while he was the only back for the most part. No way he gets neat those touches with 3 other rbs on roster 8 mo ths out from acl.

I was referring to Mendy my entire post my man, he had 160 points last year in my league. Sure he wasn't as good as he was the year before, but he was decent. And you are making a huge stretch thinking he won't get the majority of the carries in Pitt. Once he shows he can carry the load, he'll be getting 90% of the carries again.
He had about 16 points less than Gore last year for reference.

I'm still taking CJ's upside over Mendenhall. I know AP is looking good but that man is a freak.
Jamaal Charles is still struggling and he's had way more rehab time than Mendenhal. You don't know how he's going to be. There's just no he's going to see 20+ carries right off the bat, combine that with a struggling OL and I don't think it's a situation you want to touch.
