Forgot I owned Cooks in this league. I think his stock stays pretty flat. He would have lost market share to Edelman in 2018 anyway.

The lottery is in place to discourage tanking. Apply it to round 1 only.
But teams that finished at the bottom finished there for a reason. They’re (likely) the worst teams in the league.
With a league this deep you have to build through the draft.
