You sure? I would be open to co-owning a team if someone wanted to do that. Don't want to just take someone's spot, especially a good owner.

Most I'd want is 16. I even think that could be a stretch. So back down to $100 entry fee? I'm not a big baller franchise owner like some people

Pretty much agree with everything that's been said so far. This will be my first dynasty league so I'm happy to go with the flow.

Agree on:
No K or DEF
PPR Scoring
Definitive drop period/date

Questions/Considerations:
-Platform (I prefer ESPN but down for whatever)
-Passing TD worth 4 or 6?
-Do return yards count for anything?
-Ability to trade for future draft picks
-Weekly match ups or top/bottom?
-Payouts: Realize we will know more when we get a final head count and decide on buy-in but... #1 gets? #2 gets? Are we paying #3 to make the consolation game mean anything? Are we paying high scorer for the year and/or individual weeks? Penalty for last place / low scorer for the year either monetarily or public shaming?
-Do individual roster moves (picking a player up) cost anything?
-Waiver system
-Draft order determination

Sorry to throw so much out there, but being a commish in a couple leagues made me realize it's better to get everything out there to be addressed. In my big money league, we actually all got together and hashed out every single detail to make a binding league contract. Guys had to pay dues and sign the contract before they were allowed to draft. Anyone with a dispute was told to look at the contract and they had their answer. Made for less bickering and stress.

Don't really care.

I would lean towards 4, but I'm really flexible on this.

Don't really like this.

My initial thought is that you should be able to, but no more than 1 year in the future. This will be my first dynasty league too, so I'm happy to listen to those who have more experience with the format.

I like the idea of top/bottom. I've never played it, and I have been wanting to try it.

I want to wait what other people's ideas on these are before forming an opinion.

There should be plenty of random order generators for a snake first year draft. Then opposite of league standings order for subsequent years.

Teams out of playoffs (after the final regular season week) should be re-seeded due to potential points to prevent tanking

We can go back to it after the season and recalculate

I'm gonna give these guys a chance to confirm their spot by tom

Then we will hash out rules and such

I would then like to ensure everyone understands the rules and how the league will play. Give them a chance to get out

Then we can begin a draft

I'm still in as well. Prefer ESPN or Yahoo. Apps are easy to check in with.

The thing I feel most strongly about is no kicker/defense. If we're going to have big rosters I'd also like big starting lineups.

If we're going to do a 16 team league or even a 14 team league then there is going to need to be some trimming of the roster size mentioned in the OP. I guess we'll cross that bridge when we get a better count.
