Kind of a dumb question but...

But do most teams continue their rotations as normal from before the All Star Break to after?

Like if a pitcher was scheduled to pitch on monday will he more than likely pitch on friday instead?

Depends, mainly on rest.

You want to get your best pitchers on the mound as often as possible. So a lot of managers will reset their rotations on that.

Of course.

Trying to sort out my streamers and who to hold on to out of today's and yesterday's starters as that would be who should be in rotation for next weekend if they didn't change it.
