Is what's good for Casey Martin also good for Tiger Woods?

The PGA prohibited the use of golf carts saying physical stamina is part of the game. Martin eventually won his case at the Supreme court with his medical condition. Will the PGA attempt to deny Tiger the use of a cart with his surgically repaired legs. Should he comeback from injury? We shall see.

I can’t see Tiger ever asking for that

Seriously, the idea of playing professional golf is way down on the concern list right now. He is lucky he is going to be able to walk and hopefully he has no infection.

The leg injuries alone are life altering, not to mention any potential further back damage he suffered. I sincerely hope he can just get a somewhat normal level of movement back and be active with his kids. He has nothing left to prove on the professional golf course.

Wish I had more than 1 upvote GW. Never a Tiger fan, but totally respected what he did on the golf course. I hope he realizes how lucky he is to be alive & makes golf less important in his life.

Had a friend who had a bad lower leg injury. After multiple surgeries fighting infections and years of pain, the lower leg was amputated. She wished she had done that sooner.

Hope Tiger doesn’t have those kind of infection issues.
