That’s the crazy thing about this stuff. Some people have mild to little or no symptoms while others have lingering effects for months after. I had it about 2 months ago and other than things just not tasting right and just feeling drained all the time, it wasn’t a big deal. I have a friend around my age that had it and he was in the hospital for 3 weeks from it. Both of us are in our low 40s and in fairly decent shape.
