What’s the best way to calculate body fat?

Have a caliper and I’ve heard they’re not the most accurate

Is it though? I’ve read the Navy Method can have a 4% range.

Which I believe since it says I’m 19% body fat, but that seems low compared to pictures available online of guys with that percentage.

The mirror.

I use the Navy Method to track trends.

But really, do I like what I see determines the bulk and cut cycles.
