Well, a lot, probably even most Alabama fans subconsciously feel a deep love for the LSU football program. Its very sincere and heartfelt but they actively suppress it. Every so often in crowds of more than 1000 fans some "trigger" will happen and these Alabama fans will begin hollering "LSU!". Its heartwarming but also really sad they cannot express their true hearts publically.
