I think he has some potential, but I didn’t like what I saw when I really dove into him. I think he will go in the 20s.

If we go guard I want Anthony, Lewis, or maybe even Terry (though I think you can get him much later). If we go wing, I want Nesmith or Bey. I think all of those guys are realistically in the range of our pick.

Do you remember what it was in particular?
All the mocks got him around 15-25. But there haven't been any combines or work outs yet. Dude is going to shine there..

I have him at #17 on my big board of wings and guards, here's my evaluation of him:
Strengths:
-Decent midrange game and solid floater.
-Not a passer that sees plays before they happen, but doesn't take long to register when an opportunity presents itself.
-On ball defense, 6'10 wingspan, good defensive awareness and good athleticism.
-Switchability, will be able to defend multiple positions because of size and lateral quickness.
Weaknesses:
-Lacks versatility on his shot. Can't shoot on the move, good catch and shoot shooter but has to have space. Poor shooter when contested.
-Finished just 37% of his shots at the rim in the halfcourt. Even with his athleticism, does a poor job rising to finish in the paint.
-Poor handle for a wing, doesn't keep ball low and tight, rather than allows ball to get high and loose on dribble drives. Doesn't have much of a dribble drive game aside from straight line drives.
-Inconsistent in his close outs. Prone to close out to quickly and allow driving lanes.

Thank you. That is really interesting.
Everything I see has him listed as an elite athlete. He only played one year in college (from Australia). Player comps are Klay and Igoudola. Already a standout defender. I bet he pops in workouts and rockets up..

Based off of your mock draft I am fully on board with Kira at 13.
Would prefer Bey or Vassell but they were gone.
My next choice after Kira would be Nesmith.
