Creole Cabana Trouble?

I mean, who thought that this would work? Ambitious yet poorly executed menus, huge space...all on the back of fricking beach volleyball...

I went a few weeks back during an LSU game, and they brought out their game day menu which looked like its meant for tailgate parties (ie. 50 sliders). We asked the waitress about it and she said thats all they had. We got up to leave and they offered us the normal menu. Really weird experience.

It's a good idea...but having terrible food is not going to help business
