Yea, I know, I’m as doom and gloom as every. Yesterday was devastating. But some good things thus far:
Armstead and Ramczyk are elite
Cam Jordan is incredible and the best DE in football right now
Pass rush has been great
Demario Davis is great
Morestead and Lutz are great
Erik McCoy has been very solid for a rookie
Latavius Murray has shown surprising burst for a dude his size. Hopefully we can pound him if we actually get out to a lead
What else

We need to use Murray earlier and often.

Hendrickson and Davenport have both looked great.

expecting 8 in the box with a spy on Kamara at all times
This should open up the field for guys like Jared Cook if he wasn't so frickin worthless, or TE screens like the one to Hill that worked so well until we got yet another holding call

The defense played a great first half against the Rams. We need to clean the penalties up, but I think we will be alright. We may have lost our HOF QB for a few weeks, but this roster is one of the best in the NFL even without Drew.
