It always amazed me how dumb some of our fans were but the fire Sean Payton takes were probably the worst sports takes in the history of sports.

The only thing I can think is they never watched saints football prior to 2009.

This team obviously misses Payton's discipline & attention to detail.

No reasonable person thought he was the problem.

Well that eliminates about 80% of this board.

He never was.
Loomis is a dog and it was a giant country club that was on fire and collapsing. Payton was smart enough to get out before the building was burned down to the slab.

Ehh I felt like there were some wasted seasons with drew still rolling.

But any franchise would struggle to replace a qb like drew. shite very few do it.

People take shite for granted.

Even with crippled Brees and CSP, we're 3-1 and not 1-3.

1) How old are you?
2) what did you score on your ACT?

I don’t recall anyone saying Payton was a problem.

People were pissed at Payton for leaving in the manner he did

SP wasn`t the problem but he had a HOF QB and couldnt
beat Rex Grossman, Case Keenam, and some other average
QBs in the playoffs. He was a very good Coach not Great.
DA looks like Tom Landry on the sidelines without the wins.
No passion or paying attention to detail.

Only issue with CSP was he would get cute at the wrong time (when we had momentum instead of when we needed a spark).
