How long does “anger” from GOP last?

The right is great at making a big deal about something the left does that is atrocious, but then lays down and takes it or “takes the high ground”.

After yesterday, how long til they lay down or is this enough to embolden them to go the route of Schumer, Walters, etc… and call for scorched earth and mean it?

Do they nut up or shut up?

The politicians will shut up by next week.

Us regular folks won’t forget. But we won’t do shite but vote for another Republican

Some of it was not even heartfelt in the first place.

I genuinely believe DJT intended to drain the swamp. He just didn’t realize how deep that swamp is. If he is re-elected D.C is freaked and they know it.

GOP will bark for a little while, but in the end, they won’t do crap. I’d imagine the majority of the GOP doesn’t want Trump in DC either.

Agree… some of them secretly want him out of the picture but can’t say it.

This will only embolden him, will be interesting to see how many get on the Trump pain train.

Exactly my point. I think trump felt the gop was on his side in 2016. Took him till 2018ish to realize they weren’t. 2024 will be a blood bath if re-elected.

Not long enough.

What we are seeing now is partially the result of Republicans blowing an opportunity when Ryan/McConnell oversaw the Republican majority in the congress. Republicans blew that opportunity with a sitting Republican President.

They focused on Obamacare and fighting Trump on the wall instead of rooting out the establishment filth from our government.

Same thing will happen if another red wave sweeps in. Republicans talk, but no longer action.

As it should… burn the whole thing to the ground.

Can you imagine the size of his rallies now?

They’ll shut up when the media comes after them. They will tuck their tales if someone says something mean to them. Until then they’re just barking chihuahuas.

I can't speak for RINOs but MAGA folks hang on to anger for a couple of years at least.

I hope most, like me, feel that this crossed the line. My anger will last until Nov 8th. and then until November 2024.
