We are significantly improved versus year ago. Timo was a great sub in the 70th. While he still struggled on the finishing he was the source of multiple chances.

CP won’t be fit for Villa on Wednesday. Makes you wonder, if Blues are playing so well without him, what Tuchel is thinking about him going forward. He is always dinged and not reliable. Love him but the team is thriving without him.

He’s a clear 4th option at winger since the pre-season wingback experiment failed. I could see them moving him elsewhere in the next transfer window.
Still, he’s got three things going for him. 1- Speed on the ball still best of all the wingers. 2-Past history and chemistry with Tuchel. 3-Mechandise sales in the American market.
