The last time Tennessee was relevant in football, the current recruits were just born. their National title would have come prior to anyone that current UT team being born.

I wouldn’t say it’s the worst considering they put out the most money for recruiting. The worst would be somewhere that doesn’t support you as a coach. Tennessee tries to give all they can.

The Tennessee BOT has been raising hell with each other in what can be only described as a constant power struggle. The Chancellor and administration, in their infinite wisdom, have put the football program squarely in the NCAA bullseye. Yeah, elite coaches ain't lining up for that gig.
