Probably not. It would involve torching the filibuster, and theoretically would be one of the easiest Supreme Court decisions ever made.

This reeks of a "fire up the base" type move with how many L's Biden (and by extension the Dems) have taken recently.

People in this board are putting wayyyyyyyy to much comfort and faith in the SCOTUS . We had a stolen election in 2020, where unconstitutional voting transpired , and not a peep from SCOTUS . The democrats are hell bent on winning , and I hate to say it , but I think they will because republicans are weak and wokeness has prevailed .

Oh, there was more than a peep.

A) First, they wouldn't hear Trump's case because they said that since he was still in office, the outcome had not directly affected him yet, so they refused to hear the case,

Then,

B) The election was certified, and once again Team Trump went to the SCOTUS, who then refused once again to hear the case... citing this time, that the election had already been certified by Congress, and it is illegal for Congress to certify a fraudulent election, therefore the election was not fraudulent because, you know, Congress certified it.

...

We cannot trust or rely on the SCOTUS. Only three of its justices are trustworthy, and that's terrifying.

They are asking the senate parliamentarian to allow it during the 3.5T reconciliation bill. I don't think it will be allowed. However, if for some reason it is, and it passes, then America is done.

If it passes again the republicans need to learn how to play the game better than the democrats.

It will no longer be about legal voters and voting. It will be about whoever cheats the best wins.
